#12 Bulk and fare override screens do not remember tab selection

Description --- In the DIU UI `ui_main` screen, switching to "bulk" or "fare override" sections, then pushing the top 'tab button' ("passes") does not stay on the tab when navigating back. Steps to reproduce --- From the `ui_main` screen, hit the "Bulk" option. In the "bulk" screen, hit the middle top "Passes" button. Hit the top "Main Menu" screen to go back to the main `ui_main` screen, then hit the "Bulk" option again to go back to the "Bulk" screen. The passes listed should be from the initial screen ("Adult", "Half", etc.) even though the top button still has "Passes" selected.
