#20 Confirm passes are rejected when no driver is logged in

It was my recollection that fare media was still being processed even if a driver was not logged in.

• Confirm this bug exists and
• If it does, fix it, making sure no fare media is accepted and putting a 'see driver' message to the PIU

Can confirm that passes are incorrectly being processed when no rider is logged in.
