#32 Add `config_hdmi_boost=5` to `/boot/config.txt` on DIU setup

config_hdmi_boost=5

Occasionally, under circumstances not exactly clear to me, the screen starts to flicker. This seems to happen most often on reboot but happens other times as well. One fix that looks to be working is to add: ``` config_hdmi_boost=5 ``` to the `/boot/config.txt`.
